A Beautiful Pudding - met 2 ounces of Butter in a steam pan & add to it 3 small spoon of flour stir it on the fire till hot through add to it a jill of boiling milk stir it on the fire untill it is so stiff it will leave the spoon & pan quite clear, pour it into a bason and add to it the yolks of four Eggs let it stand till cold then froth the whites of four Eggs and put it a mould stuck rasins then steam it an hour and send it to table as soon as it is turn'd out, be sure to butter your mould well before you put your pudding add a spoonful of sugar if you like it - Gelantine Jelly one ounce will make two pints old measure of Blanmange and one ounce and a quarter will make the same quantity of wine or other jelly sufficiently from to turn out of the mould, Previously to being use should be soaked for half an hour in a portion of the cold liquid in which it is to be dissolved - To Clean Furniture 2 ounce of white Soap 5 oz of yellow wax 1 Do and 1/2 of white wax Boil & stir it well in 1 quart of soft water untill it becomes like a thick cream add as little Turpentine -
