Seville Oranges Preserved For every Orange allow half a pound of Loaf Sugar. Quarter each orange & squeeze the Juice into an Earthen Pan, then take out all the insides of the oranges & put the Peels into a large quantity of water boil them one hour, then change the water & boil them again till they are tender & the bitterness lessened
