Sarsaparilla root cut, 1 oz water 1 pint, boil together over a gentle fire till the liquor is reduced to 1/2 a pint - Strain it off & drink the whole at two times morning & evening Restoration Jelly Put into a pint of tint or old port wine, 2 oz of isinglass, 2 oz of white sugar candy half an oz of gum arabic a nutmeg grated let it stand 12 hours & then simmer it over
