Anchovy Butter Take 4 anchovies, wash, bone, and pound them well in a mortar, boil some parsley, rub it through a sieve with two oz of butter, and mix all well together; make into pats. To make coffee in the improved coffee filterer Put an oz or more coffee into the cylinder, so as to form a body of at least an inch in thickness; then put on the grate at top & pour the water through the small holes till the cylinder is full; the cover must then be put on & in less than two minutes the water will have filtered through the coffee into the lower part; The cylinder
