Rusks - Mrs Wattig Take 2 lbs of Flour 6 ozs of butter 2 Table spoonsful of Yeast 2 do of Sugar 3 eggs 3/4 pt of Milk When well mixed Set it by the fire to rise Put it into round cakes and when half baked divide each cake into two then put them into the oven again to finish baking
