Victoria Sandwiches Cut the Chicken & Ham into dice, two thirds Chicken to one third Ham. Stir two good spoonsful sauce with the spoonful Curry Paste in a stewpan & when it boils add the Chicken & Ham & mix it well. Cut thin slicis stale Bread, stamp out with a plain cutter the size of a Crown Piece & fry in clarified butter of a light brown colour. between 2 of these Croutons place a thick layer of the Mixture & put on a baking sheet - then place on each top, a round Ball the size of a Walnut composed of grated Parmesan cheese & Butter in equal parts spreaded into a Paste - Bake in a high oven for 5 Minutes & dish on a napkin.
