When cold make it soft enough to run out of a spoon and before sending to table mix about 1/2 pint of whipped cream with the tapioca. Rice is very nice and maccaroni also done in this way Berkeley 1875 Eggs for Breakfast butter a dish put into it a layer of bread crumbs well flavored with herbs as for an omlette. Break into this some eggs and cover with more bread crumbs and a little butter melted to an [bil] set the dish in the oven till the eggs are cooked then salamander the whole
