Pour custard over when cold Marmalade Pudding Line a pie dish with puff paste, then beat into a paste enough orange marmalade with 1 oz of butter to cover the bottom of the dish. add sugar if wanted make a custard of eggs + milk pour it over the marmalade till the dish is full + bake till set. Pigs Feet Put them in salt pickle for a week then boil them bone + press them between 2 plates + afterwards broil them
