Cough Mixture Lady D[illegible] Equal Parts of Syrup of Violets and oil of Sweet Almonds well mixed together - a teaspoonful of this mixture to be taken frequently till the violence of the Cough abates "Cure for Sprains" (Lady [illegible]/ The white of an egg with flour beat up with vinegar, when properly mixed spread it upon [illegible] and put in on the part affected For Chilblains before they break 6 Drachms of Opadildoc, 1 Drachm of Tincture of Cantharides misced and applied most excellent For Lumbago. 1 part Opodeldoc. 2 parts liquid ammonia.
