Soft Jumbles. 1 lb. flour, 1 lb. white sugar, 1 lb. butter, six eggs. Cream butter & sugar together, beat the eggs light, then stir the flour in with a knife. Mace, to your taste, also Rose water if liked. Sprinkle Sugar over the cake board & roll out the dough with a knife, twist into rings & bake in a quick oven.
