Flummery Equal quantity of [honey] and water - 7 yolks of Eggs - half an Ounce of Isinglass - the juice of 2 Lemons and the rind of one - mix all together and sweeten it to your taste. Let just come well to the Boil and run all thro a hair Search - Orange Jelly - An ounce of Isinglass - the juice of 8 or 10 Sweet or bitter Oranges and the juice of one Lemon. Sugar to your taste just brought to the boil. and then put it in your Shape - Scum it well - Maringles - The whites of 7 Eggs beat up to a froth (the eggs must be quite fresh -) half a pound of loaf Sugar - pounded - fine mix the sugar with the whites as quick as possible take a board of wood put paper on it And the paper with Sugar drop them with a Spoon on the paper - take each of the halves put in some sweetment of any kind - then lay the one above the other and lay than on the [Ashet?]
