141 For [illegible] [Dentitron?] in Children when the Child has frequently a [Crouping?] or Crowing Sound (especially upon awakening from Sleep - danger is to be [apprehended?] Give 25 Drops of Dalbys Tincture once or twice in the four and twenty hours and rub the throat very light with Hartshorn and Oil. The Gums should [be?] deeply lanced with a strong [Lanced?] Hic [Dut?] rather nourishing - NB. Camphored Oil for the throat is better Hamiltons directions Dr Tamms recipe for fumigating rooms &c - a small Tea cupful of common Salt (if very dry it may be wetted with a teaspoonful of water). place the Cup on a table in the middle of the room and pour in a tablespoonful of [illegible] [Anise?] - Stir it several times a day and [renew?] it every morning - the Cup should be on a plate that a drop should fall upon the Table - [Every?] thing of Steel should
