177 Tincture for Toothach by the late Mayer Stone Lechmalony Tincture of Prussian Bark and Tincture of Myrrh of each half an Ounce Spirit of Wine and Camphor one Drahm a few drops of this on a Brush with a little water to wash the Tooth every other day - Receipe for killing Rats and Mice Take 3 Ounces of Nux Vomica finely powdered 1 Quart of Oat meal, 1 pint of Boiled potatoes half a pint of brown Sugar, and as much milk as will make the whole into a kind of Dough - place this in the paths of the Rats and Mice and in two or three nights there will not be a Rat or mouse left -
