One hour will bake them in a quick oven Crina Chilo Cut 1 mo mutton into slice with some of the fat. Add 2 oz Butter about a teacupfull of broth a little salt Cayenne pepper a small onion chopped up a whole lettuce chopped 2 a pint of young peas Stewed gently + served on a wall of rice Mutton Kabob Beat butter, onions + curry powder in a mortar to the consistence of a stiff paste cut the meat of a wire or piece of mutton into pieces the size of a crown. 2 a 1/4 inch thick - cover them all with the paste from the mortar - stick them on skewers with a juice 1 foot 2 a slice of onion letrocen cook sit them basting before the fire with a string 2 a from wider then baste them with butter occasionally and dredge with curry powder, serve with a little plain gravy + dry rice in a separate dish. About 3 skewers full would make a dish.
