Omaha October 21st 1863 T.C. Durant Esq Dear Sir The bearer of this Mr. Augustus Kountz visits New York with a view of attending meeting of Stockholders of Pacific Rail Road on the 29th inst. Mr. K. represents I think, most if not all the stock subscribed in this territory and is intimately connected in his business relations with the leading interests of this and Colorado territories - Respectfully Yours Peter A.
