Mr Reed and Mr Evans accept theirs - the former I understand is to make the surveys from Salt Lake West - the other from there East. I have not heard from Mr Morgan or Mr Seymour - My impression is that if Brigham Young can fill those parties and furnish Transportation & subsistance it will be cheaper to sent those parties making them [small?] to Salt Lake by Stage and work from there as a Starting point as the time and Transportation will be large items - The Division assigned Mr Brayton can be reached from here - I will write you more fully in a day or two Respectfully Yours Peter A.
