Durant Esq Dear Sir I send you list of Engineers in the employ of Co - and their localities Edwards in Platte & Republican valleys Case from Cache a Poudre to Arkansas Rivers Evans Black Hills to Green River Reed from Green River to Salt Lake The work is in too unfinished a state to report anything that would be at all commensurate with the amount of Engineering labor done this season - Respectfully Yours Peter A. Dey
