Omaha November 9th 1864 T.C. Durant Esq Dear Sir I enclose the Estimate for Engineering for the month of October - Have delayed to get returns from Reed, Case, and Edwards. expect them here in a few days they are on the way - Mr Edwards will take his party into Iowa and run line from Council Bluffs east - relying upon Mr Henry or Ainsworth for instructions. I can give him general ideas and perhaps aid him materially who shall he call upon for funds - Respectfully Yours Peter A. Dey
