Chicago, 185[5] Copy H. Farnam Esq Sir We will build & deliver on the Line of the R.I. Rail Road One Hundred Box Cars, according to plans and specifications to be furnished by D.T. Wilson your Master of Repairs and subject to his inspection and acceptance for $700.00 each and receive in payment the Notes of the Company payable in New York City in three six and Nine Months without interest, and will discount for cash on any part or the whole of said paper one per cent per month making the price of each as provided elect to pay all cash $658.00. It is understood that said cars are to be 28 ft long & to have swing motion. All said cars to be delivered before the 1st day of January next E. Thrasher & Co
