located on the west 1/2 of the N.W. 1/4 of Section No 19 and the east 1/2 of the N.E. 1/4 of Section 24 Town 80 Range 13 west - By reference to your map and profile you will see that this point is in many respects favorable and that the grading is completed from this point with the exception of the west mile and one half to Brooklin and the ties are delivered in quantity sufficient to lay it. I have called your attention to this just now, more particularly as you intimated that the Bond holders would probably foreclose before long and that I concluded that so much Track should be completed as to secure the governors certificate before that was done - and also to show how readily the last eight miles might be finished if you had the Iron - Respectfully Yours Peter A.
