I can send you a Map with the Omaha lands on it. The titles to property on the Table between this City and in the North part of it are so defective that I deem it entirely out of the question to make purchases until something is settled I would get the Right of way from this to the Elkhorn on the south line if it is probable that it will be needed - I am making a strong effort to get a general Rail Road Bill passed this week Truly Yours Peter A.
