Durant Esq Dear Sir I send Estimates made as you request the supplimentary Estimate to July 1st 1861 was made by the Suggestion of Mr Henry & Tracy - I should have carried the interest to Jan 1st 1863 and entered it in that Estimate up to that time, hoping that this may meet your views. I am Truly Yours Peter A. Dey I was unable to see Mr Tracy until last night
