Omaha January 20th 1862. T.C. Durant Esq Dear Sir I find letter to day from Mr Henry calling for final Estimate on the M & M. Road from Iowa City to Grinnell - When I left New York the understanding was that you were to send me a certified copy of the Resolution of Executive Committee. As it is immaterial I enclose final Estimate made out as directed by resolution - Respectfully Yours Peter A. Dey
