Omaha Jan 29th 1864 T.C. Durant Esq Dear Sir I send you map with the Northern Line and the Pappilon Line as surveyed - making connection in Section 8 town 17 Range 11 East - also a surveyed Line dotted in connected with the Northern Line (dotted in) in Section 18 Town 17 Range 10. this Line is as cheap and about the same distance as the North Line from the intersection with Pappilon Line but makes the junction fourteen miles west of Desoto instead of Seven - Please Telegraph me at which intersection to Locate - Respectfully Yours Peter A. Dey
