Durant I was not able to go to the House this morning - I have this moment because that our Bill was rep-orted and after a hard fight they floored us on a motion to postpone until the [neret?] [sepion?] I have not seen [Ashruau?] yet - We may make another effort on a motion to [illegible], in which case you may receive a dispatch to come on before the receipt of this - The [illegible] will inform you the particulors to-morrow morning I am quite weak yet but getting better Truly Yours JW.
