up in the House in the morning the first thing, and I am going in the morning to ally our friends and try and put it through - I doubt whether it will [pop?] the Senate [unlep?] there is some hard work done, If the Bill [popes] the House to-morrow I shall telegraph you, and if you think it best to make a strong move to get it through the Senate you had better come on - I am better to night and shall be able to move around brisk in the morning - Truly Yours JW.
