C Darant Esquire Dear Sir I intended to send our Bonds by this Express, but owing to the sickness of [our?] Judge I cannot do it after you left he got out a few [days?] and signed about $50000 but since that he has been down sick, unable to execute those already signed or sign [mine? more?] and now he and his whole family are down -- one lying at the point of Death, hence my inability to send as I promised as soon as the Judge gets up we will send them already
