I cannot say [when?] I got the information from such a source but I will satisfy you when I see you and make no inquiries in N.Y. If you have not released the parties you say you bot of you better do so, & get off yourself which if you have not I presume you cannot. There is nothing made playing Ball in that way & no benefit to any operation it is all wrong & I would advise you to quit it When will you be up.
