Albany April 5th 1856 A.D. Jones Esqr Sir If the Doct concludes to let Sleight have the Fisk say to him that he must send a man up to take charge of her or come up himself, want to commence loading at once. Edgar Sleight talks of hiring the Capt of Fisk for the Amity Springs: if he does so say to him I must have him take charge of the Fisk down as it is pt I have engaged and the shippers dont know him, If you have no pt or can get more for Grinnell & Bishop send them up by first Tow. let John McClary look round & see what he can get.
