Albany August 13th 1856 T.C. Durant Esqr Dear Sir Enclosed I hand you [Betrey?] D Tracy & Nancy M Tracy order for Peoria Dividend which please collect and credit the amount to Clark Durant on a/c of what he owes Farnam & Durant. I understand Mr [Harriam?] will not be down untill 1st of next week therefore shall put off going down a few days CW Durant
