ROLLIN TRACY COUNSELOR AT LAW, 20 NASSAU STREET, NEW YORK, April 28, 1886. W.W. Durant Esq. Dear Sir= Referring to my letter to you of the 22nd I desire to make a correction. I there stated the balance due me at $200.12 [but?] arriving at that sum I inadvertantly omitted to deduct $50.00 rec'd from the R.R.Co. The correct balance is $150.12 I have just discovered the error & hasten to make the correction. I have your favor of 26th inst. & regret you cannot assist me, as I am very much in need of the money to arrange my May 1st matters. And I had felt confident
