Dear Sir:- Enclosed please find draft for $500, being consideration of Durant deed to Mc.Shane. This matter was delayed on account of the absence of Mr. McShane from the city. Yours Truly, J. M. Bank of Omaha Neb on New York for $500. which I have endorsed to your order, and which is the amount paid for the quit-claim of your mother, your sister & yourself to any interest you might have to certain lands in the state of Nebraska, which were specified in the quit-claim deed signed by all of you Yours sincerely J.S. Baker
