Father's estate, evidence that at the time of his decease he still [had an interest in his family landholdings but I think?] there may be some interest that his heirs should benefit by, and if I can get anything out of it for my Mother sister and self I feel I certainly ought to do so. - Were there [not some?] such claim or interest The U.P. RR people would not be so anxious for a quit claim from my father's heirs. I do not therefore feel justified in asking them
