Father's estate, evidence that at the time of his decease he [still?] had any interest in these lands, but I am [illegible] to think there may be some interest that his heirs should benefit by, and if I can get anything out of it for my mother sister and self I feel I certainly ought to do so. - Were there not some such claim or interest The U.P. R R people would not be so anxious for a quit claim from my father's heirs. I do not therefore feel justified in asking them
