New York, Decr. 1st 1892 To Dear Mr. Durant: I hereunder find you quit claim deed from Lelia E. Marsh and husband to you of their undivided 1/3 interest in township 36 pursuant to your contract, and an assignment from Lelia E. Marsh & A.C. Hall to you of an undivided 1/3 interest in two mortgages executed by John D. [Clerke?] {Clute?] to Janus Hart. You will observe that I have had both the deed and assignment recorded in Hamilton Co. These documents answer one of the inquiries in your letter of the 28th ult. I also enclose receipt from Lelia E. and P.J. Marsh for $3383 33/100 dated April 29th 1892 paid them by me as your attorney under law contract. When convenient will you please send me a copy of the receipt for the $333.34 which I sent to Mr. Marsh Oct. 25th last. In regard to the title of Mr Hubbard which you sent me relating to the 40 acres of land in
