John F. Dillon. Harry Hubbard. John M. Dillon David D Duncan. George S. Clay. Clarence B. Mitchell. Dillon & Hubbard, Attorneys & Counsellors at Law, Western Union Building, 195 Broadway New York, March 8 1893. W. West Durant, Esq. Dear Sir: I have your note of the 6th in which you state, that perhaps you may have leisure to meet Mr. Smith and me in regard to Nebraska land, early next week. I appreciate the fact that you are a very busy man, and that this matter has already taken so much of your time. I regretted very much that I had to be away Tuesday. I shall be glad if you can find time for a short conference next week; and I will come anywhere and anytime you may set. Very Truly Yours, H. Hubbard
