Received June 1887 from William W Durant the sum of two hundred eighty four & 09/100 dollars. $215 91/100 of which being the share due Miss Heloise H. Durant, owed $68.18 being my share, both in full, for our interests in the consideration of $500 paid for the quit claim by the heirs of Thomas C. Durant deceased to any interest they might have in certain lands in Nebraska as specified in the quit-claim deed signed by said heirs
