Pittsfield [state?] March 10th 1862 H G Gram Esq Dear Sir Your favor of the 7th March [illegible] I have sent a telegram saying "let Rainsford arrange the six thousand dollars to his own satisfaction" or to that effect. I want him to be perfectly satisfied. If he wishes the bonds sold and does not want to take them, he will do the best he can for sm. I shall be satisfied whatever is done. I wish for you to send me a copy of the mortgage. Just inform on [morn?]
