Iowa City Oct. 31st 1861 T C Durant Esq Dear Sir Yours [illegible],Enclosed I send you a rough map of land owned by Willson you will see by this map how your line [lays?] you will see that the [thirteen?] [grounds?] are on the north end of the 80 that is [impresed?]. The 80 laying east of that 80 is rather broken Something like the land about Oxford. I shall take for you the 80 that [lays?] best for farming. and let Willson make his own [town?], unless you want to [illegible] in town lots . We are this day loading trucks to take out to the lines. It has been almost impossible to get men but by the first of the week we
