Thence up the said river as it winds and turns until it intersects a line being a continuation and running the same point of compass as the line first mentioned thence along said line south seventy three (73) degrees thirty (30) minutes west to the place of beginning also the right of way for the Adirondack Co's Rail Road as now constructed through the land described in a deed from Milton Sawyer and wife to William Ordway# to Thomas C. Durant on the 20" day of September 1871. Excepting and reserving the right for a Public Highway laid out by the Commissioners of highway's of the town of Johnsburgh, approaching the new abutment for Bridge across the River also the right to use to travel in all seasons a Road on the land hereby conveyed if if such road shall be built adjoining the lands of the said Sawyer on the west side of said lot. With the Appurtenances, and all the Estates right title and Interest of the said party of the first part therein. And the said party of the first part does hereby covenant and agree to and with the said party of the second part, that at the time of the delivery hereof the said party of the first part is the lawful owner of the premises above granted and seized thereof in fee simple absolute and that will Warrant and Defend the above granted premises in the Quiet and Peaceable Dated the 3rd day of June 1869. one thousand eight hundred and sixty nine and deeded by the said William Ordway
