To all to whom these Presents shall come or may Concern. Greeting: Know Ye That I Heloise H. Durant, wife of Thomas C. Durant of the City, County and State of New York, for and in consideration of the sum of one Dollar, lawful money of the United States of America, to me in hand paid by The Union Pacific Railroad Company, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and of other good and valuable considerations are thereunto moving, have remised, released and forever discharged any by these presents do for myself and my heirs, executors and administrators, remise, release and forever discharge the said The Union Pacific Railroad Company and The Union Pacific Railway Company, as the successor in title and interest to said Union Pacific Railroad Company, and their and each of their successors, of and from all, and all manner of action and actions, cause and causes of actions, suits, debts, dues, sums of money, accounts, reckonings, bonds, bills, specialties, covenants, contracts, controversies, agreements, promises, variances, trespasses, damages, judg-
