thing whatever from the said corporations or from any other person or persons whatsoever by reason or on account of the said Thomas C. Durant being or having been a stockholder or interested in the said corporations or either of them, or under or by virtue of the agreement, and assignment hereinabove recited, To have and to hold the same with the said James M. Hain, his heirs, and assigns to his and their sole use and benefit, absolutely and forever.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 29th day of March in the year One thousand eight hundred and eighty one.
