the said Sidney Dillon, Cornelius S. Bushnell, and Henry S. McComb being names and described in said instrument as trustees thereunder and the said Fred L. Ames and F. Gordon Dexter having been appointed to succeed to the said Oliver Ames and B.E. Bates departed this life of and from all and all manner of action and actions, cause and causes of action, suits, debts, dues, sums of money, accounts, accountings, reckonings, bonds, bills, specialties, covenants, contracts, controversies, agreements, promises, variances, trespasses, damages, judgments, extents, executions, claims and demands whatsoever in law or in equity which against them or each or either of them individually or in any trust or representative capacity I ever had, now have or which I or my heirs, executors or administrators hereafter can, shall or may have for, upon or by reason of any matter, cause or thing whatsoever from the beginning of the world to the day of the date of these presents, And especially and particularly of, and from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, accountings and reckonings in law or in equity arising from, or out of the said agreement hereinabove described or the execution, or administration of the trust created or sought to be created
