To all to whom these Presents shall come or may concern, Greeting Know ye that I, Heloise H. Durant, wife of Thomas C. Durant of the City, County and State of New York, for and in consideration of the sum of One dollar, lawful money of the United States of America to me in hand paid by Sidney Dillon, Cornelius S. Bushnell, and Henry S. McComb, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and of other good and valuable considerations me thereunto duly moving, have remised, released, and forever discharged and by these Presents do for myself and my heirs, executors and administrators, remise, release and forever discharge the said Sidney Dillon, Cornelius S. Bushnell, Henry S. McComb, Fred L Ames, and F. Gordon Dexter, jointly and severally both individually and as trustees under a certain paper writing bearing date the 6th day of November 1868, wherein and whereby one James W. Davis did assign, and set over unto the said Sidney Dillon, Cornelius S. Bushnell and Henry S. McComb together with Oliver Ames, Thomas C. Durant, John Duff, and B.E.
