emoluments, accruing or to accrue under a certain contract for the building and equipping of a certain portion of the road of the Union Pacific Railroad Company made and entered into by and between the said Company and the said James W. Davis dated November 1st 1868, which paper writing is and has been known and described as "the Davis Contract" the said Dillon, McComb, and Bushnell having been names and described therein as trustees, and the said Fred L. Ames, and F. Gordon Dexter having been appointed to take the place of the said Oliver Ames and B.E.
