discharge in the premises to the said Durant, to the full extent, and only to the full extent, that the said Receiver is authorized in law and by virtue of the order aforesaid to make and execute the same In Witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal as such Receiver, this the sixteenth day of July one thousand eight hundred and eighty one. Oliver Ames Receiver State of Massachusetts County of Suffolk Be it Remembered, that on this 16th day of July. A.D. 1881. personally appeared Oliver Ames to me known to be this identical person who executed the above written instrument & acknowledged that he executed the same for the uses and purposes therein mentioned. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set by my hand and official seal this 16th day of July A.D. 1881 in this City of Boston in said county & State. Before me, James G. Harris Notary Public
