In the matter of Durant v. The Credit Mobilier of America} Received this day of Thomas C. Durant the following described instruments to be held in escrow by me upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth: 1. Assignment by Thomas C. Durant to Sidney Dillon of all claims against the Credit Mobilier of America, dated April 28. 1881, executed by said Thomas C. Durant: 2.Like assignment by Heloise H. Durant, wife of said Thomas C. Durant, to Sidney Dillon, dated April 28. 1881, executed by Thomas C. Durant as attorney in fact for said Heloise H. Durant: 3. Quitclaim Deed made by Thomas C. Durant and Heloise H., his wife, to the Credit Mobilier of America, conveying certain lands in Pottawattamie County, State of Iowa, dated May 11. 1881, executed by said Thomas C. Durant, for himself and as attorney in fact for said Heloise H. Durant: 4. Quitclaim Deed made by Thomas C. Durant and Heloise H., his wife, to the Credit Mobilier of America, conveying certain lands in Platte County, State of Nebraska, dated May 11. 1881, and executed as above deed (No. 3.) Said instruments and each of them to be held in escrow by me until the execution and delivery to the said Thomas C. Durant by the Receiver of the said Credit Mobilier of America, now appointed and acting, or his successor, of a full and general release of all claims and demands of said corporaton against said Durant, said release to be procured as soon as practicable:
