This cause now comes on to be heard this the 5th day of February A.D 1862 Grant Smith - for the complainants and the defendants being three times solemnly called in open Court come not but make default -
And it appearing to the Court, that each and all of said defendants have been duly served with notice as appears from the letters and acceptances of [service?] [illegible] upon the original notice now being among the files of this Court and in accordance with the statute in such case made and [provided?] Judgement by default is rendered against said defendants - in manner and form [prayed?]
