Prayed for by Complainant - And it further [appearing?] to the Court, that Thomas C. Durant has filed his Bill of Complaint herein - setting forth - that, prior to the 28th of February 1861. he had purchased of B.F. Crenshaw and [illegible] & [Sophnomia?] [Semin?] and John R. [Sein?] the South West Quarter of the South East Quarter of Section Twenty five / 25) by [Tomsley's?] eighty one / 81) North. [Illegible[ Eleven / 11) North of the 5th principal Meridian -- That prior to that time he had pruchased of Martha E. [Stanlesant?[ and [Denning?] [Standlesant?] ten acres being twenty / 20) [rods?] off of the North side of the South East Quarter of the South East Quarter of Section Twenty-five / 25) in [Tormsliss?] eight one / 81) North Range North, Range eleven / 11) West of fhe 8th principal Meridian. That, prior to the date he had agreed to convey to the Mississippi and Missouri Railroad Company for depot purposes the following part of Rail land - [illegible]; Commencing at a point on the East line of Said section Twenty five / 25) - one hundred fifteen
