feet. Thence due North one hundred and sixty five (165) feet. Thence due East thirteen hundred and twenty two and a half (1322 1/2) feet, thence on a line forth eight (48) feet South of the Centre line of Said Railroad - and thence due North one hundred (100) feet to the place of beginning. That complainant contracted to purchase and paid the whole consideration for said land and agreed to donate to the said railway corporation the right of way & station grounds through and in the path thereof [illegible] described. That by mistake, the parties [illegible] made deeds direct to the Mississippi and Missouri Railroad Company, adn that said railroad Company -beign mere trustees of the legal interests of the said Druant, on teh 28th of February 1861 by deed duly executed conveyed said land, except the depot ground ([illegible] described) to said Durant.
